Research Intern - 2013
Nicolas Sivac joined KBS in the summer of 2013 during his second year at the Agro-Engineering School of PURPAN in Toulouse, France. Nicolas worked on two research projects during his internship. First, he evaluated locational variations of carbon gases in grazing dairy cows and presented his findings at the KBSundergraduate research symposium. Secondly, Nicolas wrote a research paper on the behavioral responses of dairy cows to extreme climate. In addition, he had the opportunity to attend conferences and seminars from top scientists in their field.
